For Operators

Tired of paying for leads that go to four other companies too?

BinQuote is built around a simple idea: one quote request goes to one verified local operator — you. No bidding wars, no shared inquiries, no $80 leads you split with competitors.

  • Exclusive leads — your area, your customers
  • Qualified contacts — they know what they need and where they are
  • No long-term contracts — month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • Your real pricing published — reduces wasted calls

How BinQuote Works for Operators

We're not an aggregator. We're not reselling leads to five companies. Here's exactly how the model works.

1. We verify you

Before listing, we confirm you're a real local operator with active equipment, a physical yard or base of operations, and legitimate insurance. No national lead resellers, no brokers.

2. We publish your real pricing

Customers see your actual price ranges by size — not a teaser rate. This pre-qualifies leads: when they call or submit, they already know roughly what they'll pay and they've decided it works for them.

3. Leads go to you only

When someone submits a quote request in your service area, it routes to you — not to four operators simultaneously. You're the only call they get from BinQuote.

4. You close the job

The lead is yours to work. No BinQuote "concierge" in the middle, no customer portal to manage, no forced follow-up scripts. You run your business the way you want to.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I serve multiple cities?

We'll set up your listing to cover your actual service area. If you have a primary yard in Austin but deliver to Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville, all of those zip codes will route to you.

What if someone submits a lead I can't fill?

You're not obligated to take every lead. If a job doesn't fit your capacity or schedule, you decline it. We'll work on routing logic to minimize mismatched leads over time.

Will I compete with other BinQuote operators in my area?

For a given zip code, we aim to have one primary operator. For larger metros, we may have geographic splits. We'll be transparent about this before you list.
